How to Inactivate an Employee Account

Learn how to inactivate employee or service accounts from your admin dashboard.

  1. Log in to your Admin Account and navigate to the Users section.

2. Use the Search bar to find the employee or service account you want to inactivate.

3. Click the account’s ID number to open the user details.

4. Under User Status, select Inactive, then click Save User to confirm the change.
