HD Pro: How to Access and Navigate Your Entuitive Workforce Account

Learn how to access and navigate your Entuitive Workforce account through Home Depot PRO or the Local Pro App. This guide is takes you through logging in, your dashboard, completing billing, background checks, and uploading required business documentation

You can access your Entuitive Compliance account directly through the Local Pro App on your mobile device, which will redirect you to our website.
However, for the best experience, we strongly recommend using a desktop browser such as Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Opera, or Safari to access and navigate the Entuitive Compliance system.


Step 1: Go to the Home Depot PRO Website

  1. Open your browser and visit: https://www.homedepot.ca/en/home/pro.html#.

  2. On the next page, sign in using the email and password associated with your Pro Extra account.

  3. If you’ve forgotten your password, click “Forgot password” to receive a reset link by email.


Step 2: Access Your Local Pro Account

After signing in:

Active PRO View

  • Scroll to the bottom right of the page.

  • Click on the orange banner labeled “Manage Background Check.”

  • You’ll be redirected to your Local Pro account with Entuitive Compliance.

Renewal PRO View

If you don’t see the above banner:

  1. Click the Local PRO Icon at the top right of the page, or

  2. Click “My Account” → “View Settings.”

  3. Then select “Manage Background Check.”

Step 3: Entuitive Workforce Dashboard Overview

Once you’re redirected to the Entuitive Workforce platform, you’ll land on your main dashboard.

Depending on your account setup, you’ll see up to three main sections:

  • Setup – May include: Licenses, Pre-Qualification Details, Employee Compliance Widget and Users.

  • Dashboards – View and track your business documentation compliance status.

  • Profile – May include: Background Check and Business Information.


Step 4: Follow the Entuitive Workforce Setup Steps

Once logged in, follow the steps displayed on your dashboard by clicking through each header in order:

1: Billing Details

  • Purchase 1 Contractor License for $65 + tax.

2: Account Creation / Annual Subscription

  • For renewals, this step is labeled “Annual Compliance Subscription.”

  • Additional employee licenses are $35 + tax each.

  • After purchasing, each employee will automatically receive their login information via email.

3: Background Screening

  • Follow the background screening instructions carefully.

  • If you cannot recall details about past offenses, please obtain a Criminal Record and Judicial Matters Check (CRJMC / Level 2) from a local police station that participates in the Police Information Portal (PIP).

4: Business Information

  • Enter your GST Number (Program Identifier RC, RT, or RP only – no spaces).

  • If you don’t have a GST number, upload your valid business license instead.

5: Business Documentation

  • Upload all required business documentation to maintain your Local Pro eligibility.

  • Ensure each document is current and includes a valid expiry date.
