Users MUST request deactivation prior to their annual compliance subscription renewal by email: [email protected], or call the Entuitive Compliance support desk: 1-866-523-6320.

PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR PARTIALLY USED PERIODS. Payment for Subscription Services will AUTOMATICALLY RENEW at the end of the applicable subscription period, unless you choose to cancel and not renew your Subscription Service before the end of the current subscription period. Please be advised Entuitive Workforce sends out 30- and 10-day subscription notifications in case users choose to deactivate their account, and this will be taken into consideration during refund requests.
